Compared to honeys produced later in the year, spring honey usually has a lighter flavor profile and a thinner, more fluid consistency. This makes it a popular choice for those who prefer a delicate, mild sweetness in their honey with an easy spread.
Summer honey has the easiest spreadability, which makes it ideal for drizzling over toast, yogurt, or fruits without any hassle. Its lightest color, a pale golden hue, reflects the freshness of the nectar collected from early summer blossoms, offering a delicate appearance that matches its mild, floral flavor.

our Bees
I’ve always had a love for learning. In 2022, I really got into beekeeping and found a genuine passion for it. It’s something I enjoy doing on my own, with friends, or in a group. The best part is seeing the fruits of our labor at the end of each season… or I guess you could say, the honey of our labor.
